This will be built with standard wall stud spacing and horizontal wood perlins for the vertical metal to adhere to. Add OSB to the walls as an added upgrade. The roof and floor will be standard build unless otherwise upgraded.
29 GAUGE roofing metal is standard and comes with a 30 year warranty against rust.
All of the three above options are free. Vinyl sidding is a fourth option and comes with a 20% surcharge based off your building base price. Check with your local dealer for colors and availability.
